Planning an event?

Our calendar is designed to help you keep up with what’s happening, while also serving as a tool for faculty, staff, students, and clubs to avoid scheduling conflicts. Whether you’re organizing a symposium or a student group meeting, check the calendar first to avoid scheduling conflicts and to make the most of our shared spaces and resources.

Did you know?

The CLA Public Information Office (PIO) can help you with event scheduling, marketing materials, and outreach to boost attendance and visibility. To get started, fill out our . To ensure we have enough time to support your event, please submit your request at least:

  • 4 weeks in advance for full promotional support (design, printing, and marketing)
  • 2 weeks in advance for basic support (event listing and limited promotion).
